If you’re here, know this: Your fight matters, and you don’t have to wage it alone. Our Down & Depressed Support Sessions are a soft place to unpack the weight you’ve been carrying. We won’t fix it all in an hour, but we will hand you tools to start reclaiming your light. Book a 60-minute session (virtual or cozy in-person) We’ll bring: - A judgment-free zone to share (or sit in silence) - Science-backed coping strategies for low-energy days - Gentle guidance to local counselors and support groups You’ll leave with: - A Hope Builder Toolkit (micro-goals + uplifting prompts) - A curated list of 24/7 crisis and peer-support lines This isn’t therapy—it’s a hand to hold in the dark. Cancellation Policy

Free Services (Resources, Support, Check-ins): We understand life can be unpredictable! To ensure equitable access for all, we kindly ask: - Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to free up the spot for others. - After 3 missed sessions, a refundable $10 deposit will be required to book future appointments (returned as in-center credit if you attend). - No-shows forfeit deposits, which contribute to sustaining services for our community. Classes, Courses & Workshops: All purchases are final. Cancel 14+ days before start date to transfer your payment to another class. Mentor/Coaching Sessions: Reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations forfeit payment due to limited mentor availability. How to Adjust Appointments: Log into your account → “Bookings” → Edit/Cancel. Thank you for honoring your commitment to yourself and others—it helps us keep hope accessible! Privacy & Confidentiality: All peer support discussions are strictly confidential, protecting your health information in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Exceptions include immediate risks of harm, suspected abuse/neglect, or legal requirements. Participants retain the right to access or correct their records, with all communications and data stored securely in encrypted systems with restricted access. Staff receive annual privacy training, and group participants agree to uphold mutual confidentiality, reinforced at every session.
