Our Clothing Connection Sessions help you dress for survival and self-respect: Book a 30-minute session We’ll bring: - A curated list of free clothing programs and voucher partners - Sizing guides for hard-to-find needs (plus-size, adaptive wear, etc.) - Seasonal gear alerts for coats, boots, and school uniforms You’ll leave with: - A Wardrobe Roadmap (priority items + locations) - Confidence scripts for accessing services This isn’t about fashion—it’s armor for daily battles. Imagine: - Walking into interviews feeling unstoppable - Facing winter with proper layers, not layers of stress - Knowing exactly where to go when needs change Why we care: Clothing is the first layer of dignity. Cancellation Policy

Free Services (Resources, Support, Check-ins): We understand life can be unpredictable! To ensure equitable access for all, we kindly ask: - Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to free up the spot for others. - After 3 missed sessions, a refundable $10 deposit will be required to book future appointments (returned as in-center credit if you attend). - No-shows forfeit deposits, which contribute to sustaining services for our community. Classes, Courses & Workshops: All purchases are final. Cancel 14+ days before start date to transfer your payment to another class. Mentor/Coaching Sessions: Reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations forfeit payment due to limited mentor availability. How to Adjust Appointments: Log into your account → “Bookings” → Edit/Cancel. Thank you for honoring your commitment to yourself and others—it helps us keep hope accessible! Privacy & Confidentiality: All peer support discussions are strictly confidential, protecting your health information in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Exceptions include immediate risks of harm, suspected abuse/neglect, or legal requirements. Participants retain the right to access or correct their records, with all communications and data stored securely in encrypted systems with restricted access. Staff receive annual privacy training, and group participants agree to uphold mutual confidentiality, reinforced at every session.
