Timing matters:

If we’re chatting Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, I’ll ask if your situation feels urgent. If not, I can share our contact information and offer to set up an appointment that works for you.
If it’s outside business hours, we can still schedule an appointment so you can connect with someone who truly understands your needs.
For urgent concerns like food, clothing, or shelter outside of these hours, I’ll recommend trusted resources like 211 Stanislaus Info Hub.
If it’s a crisis and you need immediate help, I’ll make sure you have access to crisis hotline numbers so you can get the support you need right away.

A Safe and Understanding Space

I take a trauma-informed approach in every interaction because your safety and comfort are my top priorities. You’re the expert on your own life, so I’ll encourage you to share how you think we can best support you. Even if we don’t have all the answers right away, I’ll always offer an appointment with someone from our team who truly understands what you’re going through. You can schedule one anytime. If you’re feeling unsure about reaching out further, that’s completely normal—I get it. But let me tell you this: talking with us can help bring clarity to your situation and connect you with resources that make a real difference. You don’t have to do this alone.
